The Chakras -

Chakras are spinning energy centers in and around our bodies. The energy centers need to be open and flowing in order to take in life force energies, also known as chi. If an energy center is blocked, it will limit the life force energies coming into and around our body and renders the body unbalanced.

One of the ways that can unblock the energy centers is by crystal healing. Each energy center has a color associated with it but are not limited to it. Crystals are made up of elements and can emit energies to help unblock energy centers and also help recharge the body. Meditation with the crystals can help facilitate the healing.

We at ChakraWired peruse crystal books written by author Judy Hall to help us choose crystal beads for each energy center. We don’t know Judy Hall personally but because she has a wide experience on natural healing methods and systems of divination, the information she shares on the subject is helpful for potential crystal healing.

The bracelets and pendants we assemble are of the 7-chakra system and the 13-chakra system. The 7-chakra system is the basic arrangement. The 13-chakra system has the same 7 basic chakra points plus 6 additional energy center categories in and around the body. Below are the chakras systems, their locations, and purposes.

Base / Root – the base of the spine – another one of the two creativity and sexual areas
Sacral – below the navel – one of the two creativity and sexual areas
Solar Plexus – above the navel – center of emotional health
Heart – over the heart – center of love
Throat – over the throat – truth center
Third Eye / Brow – at the forehead – spiritual insight
Crown – just on the top of the head – the point of spiritual connection

Earth Star – between the feet – earth linkage point

Spleen – under the left armpit – potential area of leakage of energy

Soma – above the Third Eye / Brow chakra – consciousness activation and spiritual identity center

Higher Crown – just above the Crown chakra – the spirit linkage point

The crystal beads on the chakra jewelry we put together are natural. All the beads are cleansed, re-energized, and activated for specific chakras. Other crystal beads are added to fill in the bracelet outside the chakra beads are also cleansed. The wires we use to bead the bracelets are a choice of stainless steel, brass, copper, and black-enameled copper. The wire we use to put together the pendants is sterling silver.
